此类阀为自我设定平衡阀同时结合了一些附加功能;反向自由流,负载和热溢流。单向阀允许油液从方向阀(口2)到负载口(口1)单向自由流通,同时直动式,带先导溢流功能可自动调节设定即将负载压力的1.3倍加到热溢流阀的设定上。
- 负载匹配阀的控制方式捡回允许阀的设定值动态匹配负载值,同时也提供固定的热泄流压力保护。内部控制将会动态设定溢流值,此值小于热泄流压力值,但是这对于提供安全可靠的负载控制是必要的。同时,由于动态设定值是小于热泄流压力值,而其它负载控制阀的溢流压力都和热泄流压力相等,所以阀工作时的先导压力比起其它负载控制阀都小。
- 负载匹配阀跟其他的平衡阀比较,可以采用更低先导开启压力,而不是固定的溢流压力设定。
- 所有的3口平衡阀,负载控制阀,以及先导开启单向阀都结构上可以相互替换。(对同样的规格情况下,他们是相同流量路径相同孔型)。注意:这款阀比其它阀具有更大的外六角尺寸,使用时应注意。
- 2口的背压将直接叠加到有效溢流压力上,增加值为该口背压的2倍。
- 此类阀在功能上为3口平衡阀,具有锥阀形式的阀座,并且能在较长行程内调节。

- 对G系列,最大的推荐负载压力为4625psi(319bar)。G系列最大开启压力为5800-6350 psi(400-438 bar)。
- 对H系列,最大的推荐负载压力为3075psi(212bar)。H系列最大开启压力为3850-4250 psi(265-293 bar)。
- 对J系列,最大的推荐负载压力为3850psi(265bar)。J系列最大开启压力为4800-5300 psi(331-365 bar)。
- 负载匹配阀的复位压力占开启压力的百分比都是一样的。设定误差如提示所示。
- Sun负载控制阀和平衡阀都可以之间安装于执行器外壳处,一次给执行器、回路更安全的保护。
