固定设定压,带外接口,带先导协助开启的负载反作用,负载控制阀结合了两种阀的功能;单向阀与溢流阀。它允许油液从方向阀(口2)到负载口(口1)单向自由流通,同时直动式,先导协助溢流阀功能可以控制从口1 到口2的液流。口3的先导协助以先导比率的作用系数降低了溢流功能的有效设定值。因弹簧腔通外接口(口 4),口2的背压不会影响阀的设定值。

  • 对于K系列的推荐最大负载压力为2300psi(154bar)。对于K系列,最高开启压力应该小于3350psi(210bar)。
  • 对于L系列的推荐最大负载压力为3075psi(215bar)。对于L系列,最高开启压力应该小于4350psi(300bar)。
  • 对于K系列的推荐最大负载压力为3850psi(270bar)。对于M系列,最高开启压力应该小于5350psi(370bar)。
  • 注意:在使用范围内呈现的压力值是一个大概的,平均值,不应该作为测试的依据。
