XMD Mobile App now available

Sun's XMD mobile app was designed in conjunction with the newly launched XMD electro-hydraulic driver. The new XMD Drivers offer a range of advanced features including the simplified configuration via the free XMD mobile app.

The XMD Mobile App has introduced a simple way of incorporating I/O curves in order to linearize hysteresis in proportional valves for better and more linear performance. Connection between the app and the XMD is established via Bluetooth using iPhone or Android devices.

The following operating systems and devices have been tested at Sun:

 iOS Devices

• Requires iOS 8 and up
• Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
  

Android Devices

• Operating system Android 4.4.2 and up
• Samsung (S3, S4, and S5)
• Google (Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 2013 Version)
• LG (G2)
