带先导协助开启的外接大气型平衡阀是用来控制超驰负载。它允许油液从方向阀(口2)到负载口(口1)单向自由流通,同时直动式,先导协助溢流阀功能可以控制从口1到口2的液流。口3的先导协助以先导比率的作用系数降低了溢流功能的有效设定值。因弹簧腔接大气,口2的背压不会影响阀的设定值。此阀还被称作运动控制阀或者越过中心阀。

  • 平衡阀的设定值应该至少为负载压力值的1.3倍。
  • 顺时针旋转调节将会减少设定,降低压力。
  • 完全释压情况下,设定等于200psi(14bar)。
  • 大约每4000次循环会产生1滴(0.07cc)的泄漏从先导区域流量弹簧腔。
  • 标准设定下,阀的复位压力值高于阀开启值的85%。当设定值小于标准设定值,复位压力值的百分比将相应变小。
  • Sun的平衡阀可以被安装进执行器内部的安装孔,成为执行器的一部分,进而更加安全地保护回路。
  • 这种阀在所有的口之间都完全密封。
  • 和无外部泄流的相比,为保证机器工作平稳,外部泄流阀可以采用更低先导比保证机器。
  • 3口外部泄流阀是一种通大气型的平衡阀,这是针对一些既有问题(误使用了无先导泄油阀)所采用的解决方案。这种阀经长时间使用会产生泄漏,同时弹簧腔也容易受潮。所以,对于新的方案,我们推荐采用四口先导泄油阀。
  • 所有的3口平衡阀,负载控制阀,以及先导开启单向阀都结构上可以相互替换。(对同样的规格情况下,他们是相同流量路径相同孔型)
