固定设定,带先导协助开启的3口平衡阀和可调平衡阀功能类似,不过他们名义值为预先设定。此类阀是用来控制超驰负载。它允许油液从方向阀(口2)到负载口(口1)单向自由流通,同时直动式,先导协助溢流阀功能可以控制从口1到口2的液流。口3的先导协助以先导比率的作用系数降低了溢流功能的有效设定值。此阀还被称作运动控制阀或者越过中心阀。

  • 对N系列弹簧,最大推荐负载为2200psi(150bar)。N系列弹簧最大的开启压力需小于3500psi(245bar)。
  • 对P系列弹簧,最大推荐负载为1700psi(120bar)。P系列弹簧最大的开启压力需小于1680psi(185bar)。
  • 注意:在“范围”下面陈列的压力是指大约的平均值,并不适用于精确要求。
  • 注意:对于固定设定或者手动设定的这类阀来说,开启值和复位值的差值比每个都不一样。但是,对于手调控制的阀来说,可以通过机械装置设定开启压力误差在±50psi(3.5bar)之内。而固定设定式的型号,这种压力的设定,根据范围的不一样,将会有几百psi的误差。对于任意给定范围的阀,推荐负载的最大值都为最小可设定压力除以1.3。
  • 对于固定值设定的平衡阀来说,它安装后比调节型具备更短的外突出部分
  • 在支腿回路中,这种固定值设定的平衡阀可以防止热膨胀情况下的油缸密封损坏。可是这种阀不适用压力匹配的双缸回路中。
  • 所有的3口平衡阀,负载控制阀,以及先导开启单向阀都结构上可以相互替换。(对同样的规格情况下,他们是相同流量路径相同孔型)
  • 这种阀在所有的口之间都完全密封。
  • 2口的背压将会增加溢流值,增加值为(1+先导比)×压力值
  • Sun浮动式的结构可以最大限度地减少由于过大的安装扭矩以及孔型加工的误差所造成的干涉现象。
