技术规格
带先导协助开启的带外接口型平衡阀是用来控制超驰负载。它允许油液从方向阀（口2）到负载口（口1）单向自由流通，同时直动式，先导协助溢流阀功能可以控制从口1到口2的液流。口3的先导协助以先导比率的作用系数降低了溢流功能的有效设定值。因弹簧腔通外接口（口4），口2的背压不会影响阀的设定值。此阀还被称作运动控制阀或者越过中心阀。
- 平衡阀的设定值应该至少为负载压力值的1.3倍。
- 顺时针旋转调节将会减少设定，降低压力。
- 完全释压情况下，设定等于200psi（14bar）。
- 所有4口的平衡阀，负载控制阀以及先导开启的单向阀尺寸上都是可以互换的。（它们具有相同的流道，相同的孔型）。
- 标准设定下，阀的复位压力值高于阀开启值的85%。当设定值小于标准设定值，复位压力值的百分比将相应变小。
- 4口的压力将会增加溢流值，增加值为（1+先导比）×压力值。
- Sun的平衡阀可以被安装进执行器内部的安装孔，成为执行器的一部分，进而更加安全地保护回路。
- 这种阀在所有的口之间都完全密封。
- 和无外部泄流的相比，为保证机器工作平稳，外部泄流阀可以采用更低先导比保证机器。
