平衡型负载控制阀结合了平衡调节单元和反向单向阀两种功能。它允许油液从方向阀(口2)到负载口(口1)单向自由流通,同时先导油液将打开平衡调节单元以控制从口1到口2的液流,口3的先导压力决定流量的设定值。
- 这款阀没有溢流功能,甚至没有热泄功能。
- 在复位情况下,阀的最大泄漏量:对于I、K、M系列在低于开启压力200psi(14bar)情况下,泄漏量为5滴/分钟(0.3cc/min);对于E、G、H系列在低于开启压力50psi(3.5bar)情况下,泄漏量为3立方英寸/分钟(50cc/min)。
- E、G、H并不意味着零泄漏的应用。
- 这款阀是与负载平衡,同时可以自我调节。通过先导压力控制流量。由于是动态密封,所以更为适用于出口流量控制,即1口接负载,2口接油箱。
- 2口的压力与3口的先导压力直接相互作用
- 这款阀和平衡阀结构上是可以相互替换的,但是并不能很好工作在它侧引流先导的液压缸应用上。低先导比阀可以使机器更稳定,而平衡负载控制型阀拥有极大的先导比。
- 采用单独控制源控制的先导口可以提供更平稳和稳定的负载控制。
- 所有的3口平衡阀,负载控制阀,以及先导开启单向阀都结构上可以相互替换。(对同样的规格情况下,他们是相同流量路径相同孔型)。
- Sun负载控制阀和平衡阀都可以之间安装于执行器外壳处,一次给执行器、回路更安全的保护。
- 此阀在所有口之间完全密封。
- Sun浮动式的结构可以最大限度地减少由于过大的安装扭矩以及孔型加工的误差所造成的干涉现象。
