此阀为先导液控单向阀。它具有密封导压,钢质阀座并且带外接口。它允许液流从阀口(口2)向负载口(口1)自由流动,截止其反向液流。先导口(口3)的压力使阀开启从口1到口2的流道。口3需要的开启先导压力与口1的负载压力直接成正比。因弹簧腔接外接口(口4),所以阀不受口2压力影响。

  • 先导压力只要只要比泄油压力大75psi(5bar),就可以将阀芯打开。
  • 4口(泄油口)最大承受的压力不超过5000psi(350bar)
  • 先导开启的单向阀是锁阀,并不是动作控制阀。如需要动作控制,请使用平衡阀。
  • 4口先导开启单向阀和4口平衡阀是结构上是可以相互替换的。(对同样的规格情况下,他们是相同流量路径相同孔型)。但是请注意它们的外部尺寸可能不一样。
  • 大约每4000次动作可以产生1滴(0.07cc)的泄漏,从先导腔泄漏进弹簧腔。
  • 对于人工释放负载的控制,顺时针可减小负载。
  • 配置EPDM密封圈的插装阀可用在磷酸酯液压油系统。暴露在石油基液压油或润滑油脂中会损坏密封圈。
  • 提供软管爆裂保护功能,防止负载坠落,很好地锁住高压负载。
  • 非常低的泄漏量。阀座和阀芯经过热处理可以有更长的使用寿命。如果负载由于阀发生了移动,说明阀座处很有可能被污染物损坏了,阀需要被替换。
  • 当回路要求口间没有泄漏,可以使用这种先导完全密封的阀。
  • 4口(外泄口)不应该用密封阻塞,这种渗漏最终将会造成阀动作失灵。
  • Sun浮动式的结构可以最大限度地减少由于过大的安装扭矩以及孔型加工的误差所造成的干涉现象
