技术规格
此阀为先导液控单向阀。它具有密封导压，钢质阀座并且带外接口。它允许液流从阀口（口2）向负载口（口1）自由流动，截止其反向液流。先导口（口3）的压力使阀开启从口1到口2的流道。口3需要的开启先导压力与口1的负载压力直接成正比。因弹簧腔接外接口（口4），所以阀不受口2压力影响。
- 先导压力只要只要比泄油压力大75psi（5bar），就可以将阀芯打开。
- 4口（泄油口）最大承受的压力不超过5000psi（350bar）
- 先导开启的单向阀是锁阀，并不是动作控制阀。如需要动作控制，请使用平衡阀。
- 4口先导开启单向阀和4口平衡阀是结构上是可以相互替换的。（对同样的规格情况下，他们是相同流量路径相同孔型）。但是请注意它们的外部尺寸可能不一样。
- 大约每4000次动作可以产生1滴（0.07cc）的泄漏，从先导腔泄漏进弹簧腔。
- 对于人工释放负载的控制，顺时针可减小负载。
- 配置EPDM密封圈的插装阀可用在磷酸酯液压油系统。暴露在石油基液压油或润滑油脂中会损坏密封圈。
- 提供软管爆裂保护功能，防止负载坠落，很好地锁住高压负载。
- 非常低的泄漏量。阀座和阀芯经过热处理可以有更长的使用寿命。如果负载由于阀发生了移动，说明阀座处很有可能被污染物损坏了，阀需要被替换。
- 当回路要求口间没有泄漏，可以使用这种先导完全密封的阀。
- 4口（外泄口）不应该用密封阻塞，这种渗漏最终将会造成阀动作失灵。
