固定设定压,带先导协助开启的负载反作用,负载控制阀结合了两种阀的功能;单向阀与溢流阀。它允许油液从方向阀(口2)到负载口(口1)单向自由流通,同时直动式,先导协助溢流阀功能可以控制从口1到口2的液流。口3的先导协助以先导比率的作用系数降低了溢流功能的有效设定值。
- 对于K系列的推荐最大负载压力为2300psi(154bar)。对于K系列,最高开启压力应该小于3350psi(210bar)。
- 对于L系列的推荐最大负载压力为3075psi(215bar)。对于L系列,最高开启压力应该小于4350psi(300bar)。
- 对于K系列的推荐最大负载压力为3850psi(270bar)。对于M系列,最高开启压力应该小于5350psi(370bar)。
- 注意:在使用范围内呈现的压力值是一个大概的,平均值,不应该作为测试的依据。
- 注意:对定值的和可调式的插装阀,开启压力和复位压力之间的百分比差值是一样的。但是,可调式的可以通过调节装置设定压力误差范围为±50psi(3.5bar)。而对定值的结构,设定压力误差只能控制在±350psi(20bar)范围。所以,对于3000psi(210bar)固定值型号设定时,其开启压力将会小于3350psi(230bar),复位压力控制在大于2500psi(170bar);对于4000psi(275bar)固定值型号设定时,其开启压力将会小于4350psi(300bar),复位压力控制在大于3100psi(215bar);对于5000psi(350bar)固定值型号设定时,其开启压力将会小于5350psi(370bar),复位压力控制在大于4000psi(275bar)。
- 定值负载控制阀可以被用在支架油缸的密封中,防止因热膨胀而损坏。但是,这也许不应该使用在双液压缸的应用场合,该场合需要压力匹配设定。
