NOTE: The AmpSet Blue™ app will no longer be supported by Sun Hydraulics. It will continue to work with devices as defined below but will no longer be supported for new operating systems or devices. The Bluetooth Embedded Amplifiers are being phased out and will no longer be offered for sale after June 30, 2019. This technology is being replaced with the more robust, more cost-effective Sun XMD drivers.
Sun's AmpSet Blue™ app was developed to simplify system configuration using a mobile device with Bluetooth technology when paired with our Bluetooth amplifiers. With AmpSet Blue™ you can set up and configure the embedded amplifier with your smart phone or tablet, without the need for a PC or Sun's Hand Held Programmer and IR cable.
The AmpSet Blue™ app is available for both Android and iOS devices that utilize Bluetooth Low Energy technology.
The following operating systems and devices have been tested at Sun:
iOS Devices
- Operating system iOS 7 and up
- iPhone models 5 through 8+
- iPad 3, 4 and Air and Pro models
